Rocky Mountain Computer Repair is a small but quickly growing company. Currently it is just myself and some part time contractors but now I am ready to expand and am in need of a part time staff. If everything goes well the position will become full time. When? I'm not exactly sure. Then plan is for me to hire this individual, train them to run the shop fixing drop off computers, and I will go out and pound the pavement and drum up more business. My staff would then switch with me and work on on-site IT jobs as I book them. As more work comes in there will be more hours. It could be as soon as the end of the month the job becomes full time. So I am looking for someone that wants a career, not just a temporary job. I want someone I can get along with and work with to grow the company. This isn't going to be a normal Tech job, it will be much more work and job duties- however more rewarding.
Aggressive Pay Structure - Base rate + profit share on all jobs!
As a Rocky Mountain Computer Fixer you will be responsible for:
· Providing an outstanding customer experience
· Working with the owner as well as independently to meet and exceed personal technical goals and company repair + sales targets
· Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service
· Diagnosing, trouble-shooting and repairing computer and laptop systems
· Complete all required paperwork, cases, tests, and maintenance reports
· Prepare cost estimates
· Prepare invoices
· Answer phones + email
· On-site work: Networking, QuickBooks/Simply Accounting setup, Printer troubleshooting, virus repair, anti-virus, windows updates, etc.
Requirements:
· 1+ years in a similar roll with retail customer service experience
· A+ Certification a bonus
· Server experience a bonus
· Experience with virus removal, networking, system setup, and basic computer repair
· Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships
· Commitment to client satisfaction
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to determine client needs and sell
· Self confidence with ability to lead by example and be independent
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Valid driver's license and working vehicle
