Standard Warranty

•    Typically covers only the labor and not the parts

•    For a shorter period of time than the material is guaranteed for by the manufacturer (I.e. 25 year tile, 10 year warranty is provided).

•  Generally, the customer is left with the task of contacting the manufacturer of defective materials.

•    Does not include work done by other trades (I.e. Roof leak causes damage to hardwood floor, Roofer may only warranty the roof leak and not fix the floor).

With standard warranties you could be left unprotected. It can sometimes take months to fix the job. Additional damage may occur to the building during that time. This causes additional stress and costs time and money.

OCM's Comprehensive Warranty

•    Make one call and we take care of the problem for you. We warranty labour and materials.

•    We stand by all the products we use and will replace them if the manufacturer does not follow through on their warranty or guarantee.

•    We deal with the manufactures and other trades people for you.
